Flail Mowers New from Jones Engineering; the Hydraulic Folding Flail Mower, designed to mow up to 8 meters in one pass this is the largest production flail mower in the UK. Comprising of:  3x 2.8 meter wide units. The centre unit can be front mounted to cut the crop before it is run on, or mounted on the hydraulically folding frame for tractors without front linkage or P.T.O. 2x outer units mounted on a hydraulic folding frame which folds to 3 meters for road transport. Each unit compises of a single dynamically balanced rotor fitted with 32 blades and a shear blade to provide a fine chop and an even mulch. Fully adjustble hood to allow tall crops and short crops to be cut. Full width adjustable roller to ensure even height control. |
